The entire business outside Germany and Austria is managed at Krombacher International GmbH. The main tasks are to open up and develop markets and to communicate with customers and consumers around the world.  

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Build, develop and leverage strong relationships with existing distributors in selected markets
  • Develop new business identifying the right partners (distributors) within but also outside Europe  
  • Define commercial strategies, sales & activation plans as well as customers’ annual targets
  • Responsibility of defined sales channels
  • Train, support, inspire and engage the sales team of the distributors to make them become Krombacher ambassadors
  • (co-)implement the annual sales plans, promotional and activation plans also customer incentive programs together with local distributors
  • (co-)manage the Krombacher brand visibility in point of sales together with local distributors
  • (co-)lead & implement the agreed Krombacher brand positioning together with central marketing
  • Discover, negotiate and activate local flagship and premium outlets
  • (co-)manage and implement Brands marketing- & Trade marketing projects locally together with central marketing and local distributors

Qualifikationen

  • Successfully completed business studies as well as 3 to 5 years professional sales experience in a beer company with an elevated focus on the on-trade channel 
  • Work experience with a premium brand would be desirable as well as experiences abroad
  • Advanced analytical skills with interest in data-driven work and experienced in the usage of (relevant) sources and tools 
  • Advanced skills of business MS Office applications
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong customer focus, as well as a passion for building lasting relationships with people
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach 
  • High level of self-motivation, engagement and resilience as well as openness for progressive change and innovations 
  • Independent work approach and flexibility
  • Dynamism and proactivity, target driven and solution-oriented 
  • Clear, confident and passionate communication and presentation style 
  • Enthusiastic motivator and empathic influencer
  • Fluent language skills in German, English and good knowledge of one other European language would be of advantage
  • Beer sommelier degree and/or draught technical skills are of advantage
  • For being the Krombacher “face”, authenticity is a key driver 
  • Open to walk extra miles
  • Willingness to travel frequently and regularly spend time at the brewery’s headquarter
