Kristen Weaver Photography, LLC. is a professional photography organization backed by the PPA, WPPI and NPS. We are award winning, editorially published and internationally traveling to produce images of some of the most incredible weddings in the world. Looking for a new associate photographer to develop their own unique style/brand under the KWP brand. The ideal candidate will have experience photographing weddings, an intense passion for a great experience for our clients, the ability to commit to our couples, provide high quality photographs and be part of a wonderful team of creatives.

We are open to expanding outside of Orlando, and so candidate can be in:

Orlando
Tampa/Miami
Georgia
Chicago
Tennessee
Philadelphia
SW USA (Arizona, Nevada)
 

Our perfect match loves the creative side of photographing weddings, but may not love the business side. The KWP Company will handle everything from marketing, booking, contracts and final delivery, while you get to connect with your couples and celebrate their day.

We are not looking for replications of our style necessarily, and are open to different styles of photography, including film.

Pricing and pay would be determined after a skills analysis.

Business license and insurance
Own your own professional equipment
Have your own creative vision
Be open to training and photographing in the KWP style
Can commit to weddings 12-16 months out and fulfill all contractual obligations
Able to travel as needed

Please note: you may take on your own portrait bookings under your own business. We would only require weddings be booked through KWP. We also require a non-solicitation and associate contract be signed before booking any jobs through KWP.

Please note - this is an independent contractor position. Candidates may maintain their own business license, shooting, jobs, etc, outside of our position.
