Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the network’s infrastructure design, integration, and operations.

• Develop design principles, models, plans, internal standards, budgets, and processes based on industry best practices.

• Design, test, implement Cisco routing and switching environments.

• Establish governing principles for network design and deployment.

• Participate in selection of networking technologies and products for implementation.

• Provide in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution during complex/technical troubleshooting.

• Prepare detailed network schematics and written procedures.

• Prepare design alternatives and fallback situations for current and new technologies.

Experience:

• CCNP or CCDP or equivalent Certifications

• 15+ years of experience in design & configuring high end Cisco networking equipment

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time

• Demonstrated leadership role with network infrastructure and large-scale network design skills

• Expert with the following technologies:

Routing Protocols

WAN technologies

Switching & Routing

Network Virtualization technologies

Load balancers – LTM (F5)

Proficiency using Microsoft Visio and documenting complex network diagrams and designs

Preferred Certifications: CCIE
