2+ years in design and architecture experience. Design solutions independently for business requirements

5+ development hands on experience in Java j2ee

Manage and oversee a team and coordinate development projects

Excellent communication skills

Identity and Access Management experience is most desired

Desired skill:

Java, J2EE, Identity & Access Management (Sun Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager)

Job Role:

Play a role of Security Architect and drive the initiative from company perspective

Co-ordinate the development effort from Offshore

Architecture Design and Propose various solution options to the customer for a problem statement.

Capacity planning.
