· Should have IBM WCS (Web Sphere Commerce) architecture design and development framework.

· Should have part of at least 3 WCS implementation.

· Should propose solutions.

· Strong experience of JAVA/J2EE.

· Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams.

· Solid SDLC knowledge and expertise / Agile.

· Should have experience coordinating with offshore teams

· Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.
