Job Description
· 6-8 years of End User Support experience in handling Windows and Mac environment.
· Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills preferably with experience in working for a Non-Profit Organization.
· Experience in working with offshore teams
· Providing white gloves IT service to C-level executives.
· Technical Knowledge: Windows OS | Mac OS | Mobile Device Support (Apple and Android) | Office 2010/2013/2016 | WebEx | Video Conference | Skype for Business | BIT9 | SCCM | Jamf Pro - All these from end user support perspective.
