• 15+ years of experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of product and solution offerings

• At least 5+ years mobile project delivery experience or management of mobile initiatives with TCV larger than 2M USD.

• Has solution design mindset and appreciation for design thinking process.

• Familiarity with any one of the mobile development platforms and awareness of mobility eco system for B2C applications.

• Exposure to agile delivery models, preferably to Test Driven Development.

• Good understanding of backend integrations (appreciation for full stack mobile development)

• Experience managing multiple PoDs with team sizes of 15+ people.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools with appreciation for automation.

• Good communication and stake holder management capability with ability to push back.

• Good understanding of and experience with off-shore software development model.

• Demonstrated skills and experience in team building and mentoring.

Optionally prefer airlines domain knowledge.
