Mandatory

· Experience of 15+ years in the Banking and Financial Services domain in one of the five areas stated below

o Retail Banking

o Commercial Banking

o Digital banking

o Cards

o Payments

o Credit Bureaus

· Proficiency in at least three of the of the below streams

o Managing distributed Agile projects

o Managing multi-year production support engagements with risk/reward clauses

o Conducting transitions for a multi-year AMS deal

o Significant pre-sales experience

o Managing VMO organizations

o Managing large fixed price or outcome based engagements

· Should have managed at the minimum a 150 member distributed team

· Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have

· Prior experience working with Infosys, TCS, CTS or HCL Tech

· At least three years of work experience as a delivery manager in the US

· A technology background in the J2EE stack

· Experience managing engagements on the SMAC stack
