· Few years of experience working with SQL Server

· Prefer newer versions like SQL Server 2012 and 2014

· Either implementation, deployment, administration or database development

· Possess certifications

· Microsoft certifications for SQL Server

· Ability to troubleshoot problems

· Basic understanding of problem areas in SQL Server

· Tools to use and analyze information and data

· Coming up with appropriate solutions relevant to the problem at hand

· Communicate problem/cause and resolution inn effective manner

High Availability

· Experience/Knowledge of Windows Server Cluster Services in On-Premise environments

· Experience/Knowledge of Windows Server Cluster Services in Azure cloud

· Deploy and Troubleshoot SQL Server Always On Availability Groups
