Job Description

Mandatory Skills: .NET, SQL, Application Support, Banking experience, ITIL Certified, Experience as Support Lead / Manager, Onsite experience, Strong communication skills

Job Descriptions:

· Must have worked as Application Support Lead for a team of 10+

· Must have worked in Banking domain for 3 – 5 years

· Good knowledge of working on applications in .Net environment

· Strong SQL skills for data analysis and report generation as per business requirements

· Exposure in working on Production Support on Banking Systems like Payments, Forex, Loan Systems, Repo etc.

· Proven knowledge and robust understanding of banking industry and processes

· Should be flexible to work off business hours and weekends as required

· Should be well versed with industry standard SDLC in Banking Industry

· Candidate should be ITIL Certified

· Strong skills and exposure of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident coordination and handling

· Must have good analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
