o US/Onshore presence required

o Minimum 7 years of experience (minimum 5 years of US based experience

o At least 5 years of software consulting and services delivery experience is a must

o 3+ Years of hands-on project management experience in a software product company or Big 5 consulting firm

§ Experience managing multiple projects in a software development and/or project management environment with 5 or more team members

§ Experience scoping and estimating project effort (number of resources and duration)

§ Experience creating and executing project budgets and managing project profitability

· Previous experience in the following technical domains

o Distributed Systems deployment

o Technical Solutions Architecture

o J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets)

o Oracle and SQL Server

o Networking (TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)

· Previous consulting experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly desirable. Experience with call center Tools and Operations is a plus.

· Strong written and verbal English communications skills, with experience reporting project status to an internal and customer audience

· Excellent problem solving skills

· PMP certification a plus

· Experience driving software consulting methodologies and best practices.

· University degree from a reputable University is a must - a degree in CS/EE or MBA is highly desirable.

· Technical Skills

o Past experience with developing, troubleshooting and testing Java/JEE applications running in Unix/Linux

o Past experience with developing Java programming following Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) standards

o Experience managing projects with Webservices for integration with disparate Operation Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems

o Experience with RhinoScript, XML

o Experience with Websphere and Weblogic application server and Apache Webserver

o Experience with Database architecture and PLSQL

o System testing and debugging

o Software development

o System integration

· Alcatel-Lucent Platforms

o Service Management Platform (SMP)

o Workflow Engine (WFE)

o Home Device Management (HDM)

o Connected Device Management (CDP)

o Knowledge Management Platform (KMP)

· Microsoft Visio

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Project

· Experience in Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies
