Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications with good leadership skills.

• 3+ years of experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, Jmeter, VSTS, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools preferred

• Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Dynatrace, HP diagnostics, App Dynamic.

• Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications.

• Experience in doing performance testing at unit testing level (Junit perf)

• Experience in doing performance testing for mobile application

• Performance testing exp in mainframe will be an added advantage

• Deep knowledge of Java (or equivalent) programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view.

• Experience in both Windows and UNIX environments.

• Strong written, oral & presentation skills.

• Good communication and customer facing skills
