Product Implementation Manager – JD
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and define product implementation roadmaps
- Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and QA team to come up with time estimates and adhering to external commitments
- Collaborate with external partners for integration of their system or services.
- Identify new product features based on customer feedback.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Talk regularly with our customers and improve the product based on the feedback
- Define and continuously analyze metrics for the success of the product
- Be familiar with industry best practices for product implementation and improving processes at KredX
- Engage with multiple stakeholders within the organization
- Identifying all barriers to feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same
- Manage project delivery to ensure timely product launches
- Own customer onboarding, customer experience and customer success
- Participate in product demos to potential customers. Understand their requirements and propose solutions using the product features.
- Interact with customers regularly to gather feedback, problem statements and feature requirements.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of product implementation experience
- First principle thinking and strong problem solving ability
- Ability to write basic SQL queries and ask the right questions.
- Knowledge and experience in using No/LowCode tools for quick prototyping.
- Prior experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS product
- Proactive communication skills.
