Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to grow our organic presence and improve overall search performance. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, with an eye on performance, content alignment, and technical health. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic

Conduct keyword research and guide content strategy accordingly

Optimise on-page elements like metadata, headers, internal linking, and overall site structure

Identify and fix technical SEO issues in coordination with product/tech teams

Track and analyse SEO performance, preparing regular reports with insights

Support organic content efforts on social media channels — including optimising posts, tracking engagement, and coordinating with the team

Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in SEO

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Familiarity with content optimisation, link-building, and website structure

Ability to collaborate across content, product, and tech teams

Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
