WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You will be responsible for launching and leading Krash in your city, and ensuring an amazing experience for our Members.
• Work with Krash’s launch team to launch Krash in your city, including multiple Krashpads.
• Manage and grow a community of amazing innovators and entrepreneurs.
• Interface with the local innovation community – find speakers, partners, and mentors.
• Work with our HQ to maintain and improve our product/process.
• Develop best practices and share information with HQ and other General Managers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE

• A leader. You’ll be responsible for running Krash in this city, and need to have the ability and drive to lead the community and the local team.
• Versatile. From recruiting to accounting, throwing events to helping with house build-outs, marketing to business development – you’re a well rounded team player, comfortable putting on a new hat and running with it.
• Self-Starter. You’re completely self-motivated, and able to work independently to see what needs to be done. You use creativity combined with excellent judgment to execute – all without close supervision.
• Super smart. You need to be an excellent thinker and communicator. Your writing should be highly polished, and your verbal communication should be inspiring.
• Well networked and local. You can attract and build a mentor network for the house in your city. You know which events to go to, and know the lay of the land around the city.
• Marketing maven. From social media to blog post writing – you know how to run some mean marketing game.
• Event planner. You’re able to conjure up polished, exciting experiences time and again. You can recruit speakers, plan engaging content, and are tech savvy enough to learn to set up film/photography rigs.
• Dedicated. You’re dedicated to excellence at both the team and individual levels. You will do what ever it takes.
