We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to own the end-to-end strategy and success of our physical product lines. This leadership role involves managing multiple product categories, influencing product roadmaps, launching new offerings, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in physical product management, especially within e-commerce or manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to sunset
• Drive new product launches and variants
• Ensure top product presentation across channels
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
• Handle costing, pricing, and margin optimization
• Provide team training and product knowledge
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps

• 2+ years of product management experience with physical goods
• Proven success in merchandising, pricing, and product introduction strategies
• Background in manufacturing, customized products, or e-commerce is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing junior product managers
• Analytical, strategic, and hands-on experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of P&L, revenue planning, and gross margin management
• A problem-solver who adapts quickly to new concepts and processes
• Passionate about collaboration, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 mxn
