We are looking for a versatile marketer to join an international company for cooking electronics. He/she will grow the Mexican market.

Responsibilities:
 Manage marketing communication activities, and develop communication campaigns for brand growth in the Mexican market.
 Create a compelling brand story, write press releases, and test-winning copy across channels, including websites, social media, and emails.
 Write, translate, edit and review marketing collaterals to enforce brand voice within the copy.
 Build and execute a customer-centric email communications strategy to meet and exceed company targets for customer activation, engagement, and retention.
 Grow and manage email and SMS databases. Develop and optimize tactics for capturing
qualified leads.
 Assist with creating, conceiving, and presenting social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
 Community Management
o Generate insights using social analytics tools like Meta Insights, Facebook
Analytics, etc.
o Summarize insights and conversations to create reports that lead to the
optimization of social platforms
o Generate and maintain content calendars for all social communities
o Work with the team to create original branded content for communities
o Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
o Utilize social publishing platforms for social media posting (experience with
Facebook and Instagram are a must)
o Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add
value to the user’s experience


Specific requirements:
 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or the equivalent role (brand building, new traffic acquisition, etc).
 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills inEnglishand Spanish especially in crafting communications that convince/persuade customers to engage and take action.
 Use of Marketing Automation tools. Ideal Klaviyo knowledge
 community development and management, commenting, etc.
 Understanding of popular and emerging social networks
 Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
 Proficiency in social analytics and publishing tools

Must have advanced English skills / We will test candidate´s profiency
