Kore.ai is an enterprise chatbots platform which specializes in AI-rich conversational solutions designed to bring faster, actionable, more human-like communication back into the daily interactions enterprises have with their customers, workforce, systems, and things. With Kore.ai-built chatbots digital customer interactions become faster, smoother and more human, and employee work simpler and more efficient.

Candidate is expected be hands on in web services, server side experience. Will be analyzing business requirements, would interact with different business teams. Will be a part of the solution design process. Will be a part of core development team and will be responsible for developing server APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes.

EXPERIENCE REQURIED

Minimum 5+ years’ of solid development experience and should have worked on open source platforms

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications

MUST HAVE SKILLS
• Must have strong expertise in either Java or Python, Node.js
• Skillset should have few of the following JSON, Redis / CouchDB/MongoDB, Web Sockets
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots will be added advantage.
• Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavours
• Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP
• Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
• Candidate must have hands on experience in server side programming independent of technology
• Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover
• Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms
