Job Description

Our Real Estate Advisory team is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Property Analyst to join our team in Sydney. Working with experienced professionals across Australia, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of real estate projects, sectors and clients while developing your technical, analytical and advisory capabilities.

You'll collaborate with specialists from diverse backgrounds including advisory, development and construction, valuation, sales and marketing, property law, contract administration and institutional property funds management. Together, we help clients solve complex real estate challenges and unlock value across their property portfolios.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on meaningful projects for major financial institutions, private investors, public sector organisations and government agencies while building your career within one of Australia's leading advisory and investment firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with property and feasibility analysis across a variety of real estate engagements.
  • Conduct market research and due diligence to support client projects and investment decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Support project and development management assignments across a range of real estate sectors.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial and feasibility models.
  • Work closely with our Real Estate Advisory, Restructuring, Forensic and Capital teams on multidisciplinary engagements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, marketing activities and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Graduate to 3 years' experience within the property industry, ideally gained in advisory, agency, valuation, development, construction or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Confidence working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
