Job Description
• Technical support experience in Windows Platform, Operating System, Virtualization, basic Networking, System Administration etc.
• Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.
• Platform (windows /Windows Azure) Skills
o Experience in Windows & Windows Azure Platform services
o Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
o Familiarity with system management tools such as SCOM
o Experience with Hyper-V configuration and administration
o Azure Platform development and deployment concepts
o Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting
o Operating System/Virtualization
o Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
• Time of operation: This track will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster
