We are located in the Unit B, 2nd Floor, Pet Matters Building, Mac Arthur Highway, Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines.

This is a night shift position in Philippine hours. Work starts at 9 AM-5:00 PM PST Monday - Saturday

Morning Shift:

* Work within Zendesk to process certain tickets; 
process order changes and cancellations within our system; 
* reply to customers via Zendesk; 
* call restaurants to confirm orders or changes.

Skills needed for morning shift: 
Detail oriented, process oriented, good verbal and written communication, good problem solver

Afternoon Shift: 
* Cross check two information sources to ensure they match; data entry.

Skills needed for afternoon role: Highly detail oriented, process oriented, experience with data entry preferred.

Important Information:
* This is a night shift position. Hours: 9 AM-5:00 PM PST Monday - Saturday
