Job Description

The Advertiser Business Development Manager will play a key role in the early success of Koneo Mobile. This individual will not only have an opportunity to grow, develop and manage their own book of business, they’ll have an opportunity to share their ideas and strategies with an established and experienced team of marketers in order to have a real impact on the future of our growth on a global scale.

 

The Advertiser Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and development by expanding our existing base of advertisers by developing and maintaining their own sales pipeline and seeing the lead through to the end of the cycle. Along with the ability to inform our clients of the philosophy of Koneo’s offerings and partnership strategies, you will also be responsible for keeping clients informed of industry trends and be proactive in your planning to achieve mobile advertiser satisfaction & revenue generation. This individual will have an opportunity to work within an existing team and collaborative efforts with our existing Business Development Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing advertising partners

  • Organize, plan, and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM

  • Meet quarterly sales objectives by on-boarding new advertisers

  • Monitor and analyze the results of different traffic channels & manage advertising partners to increase advertising budgets

  • Aid in the creation of status reports, performance analysis and forecasts

  • Consistent cross-selling, up-selling, and taking proactive ownership of the role

  • Enter daily sales activities in the CRM in order to communicate activities to sales management remotely

  • Stay abreast of mobile marketing trends to provide the most dynamic service

  • Think big picture; this individual will have a key role in the growth and development of our sales and account management team globally

Qualifications

Ideal Experience & Background

  • 1-2+ years Sales / Business Development experience in the Mobile App Marketing industry  

  • Proven ability to effectively close deals through the complete sales cycle

  • Strong & effective communication skills, both externally and internally

  • Experience working in a remote capacity, reporting to an established management team

  • Experience working with an International team

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal

  • Complex problem solver, proven ability to prioritize multiple projects at once

  • Team player, willing to wear more than one hat

  • Passionate about Mobile Performance Marketing
