Job Description
Are you a shared services leader who enjoys creating clarity, building trust and helping teams deliver their best work? We are looking for a Team Lead, Employment & Rewards to lead global service delivery within our People Operations Service Center.
This is a shared services leadership role focused on leading service delivery across countries rather than providing local HR advisory support. You will collaborate closely with global process owners, People & Culture stakeholders, Rewards experts and People Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery across a complex international environment. You will help the team deliver consistent, high-quality Employment and Rewards services, while creating structure, strengthening collaboration and improving ways of working.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement and a meaningful opportunity to step into a visible leadership role, guide an experienced multi-country team and influence how two closely connected service areas work together in practice.
What you will do:
- Lead the Employment & Rewards service area, ensuring reliable delivery, high-quality support and a positive customer experience. Maintain oversight of service performance, workload, capacity and quality, ensuring risks are identified and addressed proactively.
- Bring forward well-considered proposals where support, clarification, prioritisation or improvement is needed.
- Coach and develop the team so people have clear expectations, confidence and the right support to perform and grow.
- Oversee Employee Lifecycle services, including organisation management, exits, employment movements and related employee data processes.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits services, including annual reward and incentive processes within the defined scope.
- Work with stakeholders and other People Operations teams to align delivery, resolve issues and make services easier to use and support.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent, together with at least 8 years of relevant experience in HR shared services, Employee Lifecycle and/or Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience as a team lead or manager; experience leading international or multi-location team members is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams, balancing operational priorities, driving performance and making sound decisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Experience managing service delivery, workload, quality or operational performance within a shared services or similar environment.
- A practical improvement mindset, with the ability to turn business needs into clearer processes, sustainable ways of working and better service outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build alignment and work effectively across functions, locations and cultures without direct authority.
- Good digital skills, including confidence with Excel and HR tools, and curiosity to use technology and AI responsibly to improve everyday work.
What a successful candidate looks like:
A successful candidate is a people-oriented and accountable leader who creates clarity, builds trust and brings people together across locations, cultures and stakeholder groups. You work confidently and independently, while using good judgment on when to align, ask for input or move things forward. You combine a customer-oriented mindset with accuracy, strong ethics and high standards for quality and deadlines.
Additional Information
What we offer:
- A visible leadership opportunity with responsibility for a broad, multi-country HR service area and regular collaboration with stakeholders across People & Culture.
- The opportunity to lead and support a capable international team through an important transition period, while building strong team routines and ways of working.
- Room to shape HR processes, collaboration models and service practices with direct impact on service quality, efficiency and employee experience.
- Broad exposure to both Employee Lifecycle and Compensation & Benefits topics, offering a strong platform to further develop your shared services leadership experience.
- Annual Performance and Reward program, together with excellent learning and development opportunities.
- Activity compensation and sick leave compensation from the 2nd day.
- Team and company events, plus free parking.
