Job Description
The CSR is responsible for engaging with our customers (internal & external) on behalf of Kofile. It is their responsibility to ensure that all the necessary information and details are gathered so orders can be submitted to order entry and ready for the production floor.
They also serve as a liaison with the customer to clarify the details prior to shipment and when production has questions.
Responsibilities:
Receive customer orders and make sure all the information is complete and ready to be processed. If not, they will reach out to the customer and get those details (via phone, email)
That could include looking up previous orders to ensure accuracy.
They will quote the potential orders for the customers including gathering freight quotes if necessary.
They will assist the company with sales whenever possible.
Qualifications
Detailed oriented
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to identify inconsistencies in the order
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to handle repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred skills:
Manufacturing knowledge, Computer skills a must, Customer service experience,
Word & Excel experience preferred
