Job Description

As a Project Manager at Kofile Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of records management projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, consultants, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of records management projects.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, consultants, and clients, to ensure effective project execution.

- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency.

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
