Job Description

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner with a passion for building collaborative partnerships with our leaders across our business and shared service teams. Success in this role with require influential partnership with middle and senior management.  You're an experienced business partner who is strategic with strong operational experience in onboarding, performance management, career development and team member relations. We're looking for a decisive problem solver with a "get it done" attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop deep insight into the operations of your stakeholders to better understand, recommend and implement goals to enhance the team and employee experience.
  • Act as a driver for strategic support on all People related initiatives and the evolution of operational improvements.
  • Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with the goal of providing world-class team member experience.
  • Drive and support your stakeholders in managing for high performance and engagement.
  • Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters, including terminations, people issues and trends, and all things HR related.
  • Provide leadership with analysis of the organization’s “health” by looking at trends in performance, team member satisfaction, attrition, diversity, etc..
  • Foster company culture and address morale issues quickly within your teams.
  • Anticipate training and development needs, partnering with L&D to develop programs and coordinate planning and implementation within your teams.
  • Challenge and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of HR programs and solutions, and recommend changes to meet business and team member needs.
  • Partner with wider HR team to ensure cohesive and expert support, the development and implementation of key initiatives, and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter who is excited to be a part of a team building and amazing team member experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field plus 4 years of experience working in a strategic HR role; can substitute experience for education.
  • Experience partnering wit both HQ and distributed/remote teams.
  • High degree of EQ in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgement with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • Must be capable of multitasking in a busy, high-volume environment, and can effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Expert knowledge in state, local and federal laws, and standards
  • HR certification a plus.
