Job Description

As the Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a stellar recruiting and onboarding experience for all candidates and new Kofile employees. Working in partnership with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Production hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving the recruiting process and hiring top talent to the company. As a trusted business partner, you will act as a consultant for developing hiring plans and recruiting strategies for our Production team. We work in a high-volume environment and with leaders who have very specific needs that require creative sourcing.

In addition to daily recruiting, this Talent Acquisition champion will have oversight for our partner staffing agencies and be responsible for managing their work in the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system (ATS) and delivering key metrics for leadership.

The team will be responsible for developing programs for diversity, employee referrals and company branding. This individual will serve as a culture evangelist who will help drive change in the company and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes
  • Manage successful vendor relations for contract and temporary personnel
  • Assist in administering the Company’s ATS platform
  • Follow, review, and enhance all interviewing procedures
  • Engage candidates, new hires, and stakeholders; and keep him/herself up-to-date with market trends in order to make sound recommendations on employer branding and sourcing for qualified applicants
  • In partnership with hiring managers and in support of established business goals, proactively build a pipeline for multiple requisitions across the company
  • Work with leadership to develop forecasting plans based on historical conversion rates/hiring ratios
  • Build a rich pool of qualified candidates to deliver new hires on time
  • Maintain and report on analytics that relate to retention and recruitment to meet company goals

Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume Production environment
  • 2 years of experience recruiting for Production leadership, project management, consulting and sales preferred
  • Full cycle recruiting experience including expert sourcing abilities
  • Experience managing, posting and navigating recruiting job boards (e.g. Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder)
  • Administration of Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters highly preferred)
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting on key metrics
  • Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise, and data
  • Experience with social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly capable of exercising tact and discretion
  • Initiative to effectively meet the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
  • Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
