The Lead Consultant – Solution & Security Architecture plays a pivotal role in guiding enterprise clients through complex transformation initiatives. This role blends solution architecture, security expertise, and consulting leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology outcomes, with a strong focus on the finance industry.

The ideal candidate would have had experience in:

  • Leading customer engagements
  • Aligns technical strategy to Business needs
  • Technical lead and/or Solution Architecture
  • Change management
  • Security implementation
  • Finance industry

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations under tight timelines and shifting agile priorities.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs, including system components, integrations, and data flows.
  • Define solution architecture blueprints and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, principals and target framework.
  • Select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to meet requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers, developers, infrastructure engineers, and security teams.
  • Develop and maintain the security architecture framework, including principles, standards, and reference models.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to executives, project teams, and developers.
  • Facilitate communication of organizational technical and process changes.

 

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of solution design, systems integration, and software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, SOA, cloud-native).
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
  • Solid understanding of data management, APIs, security, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Ability to balance functional and security requirements with business and technical constraints.
  • Ability to create and present architecture diagrams, models, and roadmaps.
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud security.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
