We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a 4–5-month contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects and drive business growth.

Location: Mulgrave (Onsite, Australian residents only) Contract Duration: 4-5 Months

We are seeking an experienced SBA to join our team on a 4-5 months contract basis. This role is hybrid, and you will be required to travel to our office in Mulgrave for 2 days a week

Rate: $600-800 AUD + GST per day

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
• Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Perform gap analysis and identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain business process models, data models, and other relevant documentation
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions
• Support testing and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
• Experience working in the retail domain is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data analysis and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Retail domain knowledge or experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
