• Deep understanding of security principles in embedded systems, industrial IoT, and cloud-connected devices.   
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.   
• Experience designing secure architectures and protocols (TLS, MQTT, CAN over IP, etc.).   
• Familiarity with BMS architectures (centralized/distributed), CAN bus protocols, and high-voltage system safety.   
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles, key management, and secure device provisioning.   
• (Preferred) Hands-on experience with energy storage systems (stationary, containerized, or grid-tied).   
• (Preferred) Exposure to EV or hybrid vehicle cybersecurity and V2G (vehicle-to-grid) interface security.   
• (Preferred) Familiarity with AI/ML models and the secure deployment of such models in embedded platforms.   
• (Preferred) Experience with digital twin technologies or real-time control systems.

• Leadership: The role is described as a "Lead Cybersecurity Architect"  and involves leading compliance efforts.   
• Collaboration: The position requires collaboration with firmware, software, and systems teams.
• Systems Thinking & Problem Solving: The ideal candidate needs "strong systems architecture skills" and will be developing complex end-to-end architectures, performing risk assessments, and dealing with security across the entire stack.
• Communication: The role involves designing and managing secure communication protocols and providing security input to various teams and processes, implying a need for clear communication.
• Adaptability & Initiative: Working in an "AI-driven" company focused on "innovation" suggests a need for adaptability and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic field.
• Attention to Detail: Dealing with cybersecurity architecture, compliance, secure protocols, and cryptographic principles requires meticulous attention to detail.
