Job Description

The Document Clerk works with the Photocopy Department to download, review, copy, scan and prep records for clients. This position is an office based job and requires basic computer knowledge, attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Follow all document control policies and procedures.
  • Maintain revision control and tracking for processing documents.
  • Confirm that all submitted documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Review site policies, operating procedures, work instructions and forms for format consistency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be proficient with computers and basic technology.
  • Accurate typing and 10 key with at least 25 WPM or more.  
  • Needs to have a keen eye for reviewing documents, finding and correcting errors.
  • Document management, copy and scanning experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM with occasional overtime and weekend work.

Additional Information

Position starts at $16/hr.
