Regional Manager - Contract Catering - Amazing Venues

£80,000 + Car + Package

For this role you have to be a TRUE OPERATOR within a fast paced Food Services background

One of the UK's largest independent Catering / C&E / Events business with amazing venues and the leading contract caterer.

You will currently be a Regional Manager of a Contract Caterer, Food led branded branded restaurants in the London area with a understanding of C&E or C&B with branded catering unit also.

As a Regional Manager, you will lead and develop your team of General Managers, Catering Manager and Chef Managers) within a geographical region to provide exceptional service to our clients.

You will also manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies. Accurately review business performance and ensure the delivery of key financial targets.

Maintain and develop contract reporting and monitoring to contractual requirements captured in the Monthly Contract Performance Report, work closely with the Client to deliver value through improved management of contracts to help drive service excellence and customer advocacy.

• Excellent understanding of Catering Management, Service level Specification and performance management delivery.
• Excellent financial, commercial, business knowledge and people acumen to support the operational team
• Evidence of understanding and ability to lead complex and multiply services
• Excellent people leadership skills, with evidence of the ability to engage and motivate people at all levels.
• Strong customer service ethos.
• Excellent customer presentational ability, both verbal and written

• Be well versed in all aspects of foodservice management, with a proven track record of success.
• Possess strong strategic thinking skills, with an emphasis on delivering and measuring action plans.

• Be proactive and positive; interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers.
