Trainee Restaurant Manager

• At Least 3 year experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager / Deputy Restaurant Manager, 1st Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager or a Restaurant General Manager within a high-volume Hospitality / Leisure Sector
• Ability to run the site with a pro-active and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service experience
• Passion for Training & Development of your team with strong leadership skills
• Current full responsibility for P&L; Driving sales, Stock control, Labour and working to budgets
• Most of all an outgoing, approachable and positive personality with great communication skills
