Job Description

Knockri is looking for a talented Director of Growth Marketing to join our team, who is excited to drive results and disrupt customer thinking. As a Director of Growth Marketing you’ll be responsible for organically building and implementing Knockri’s foundational marketing strategies and using growth marketing to provide customer insights. You will also be responsible for driving growth objectives of new opportunities through lead generation and building a team to successfully execute Knockri’s marketing and business plans.

Here’s what you’ll do in this role    

  • Build and execute a foundational marketing and brand strategy that will support Knockri’s sales pipeline and revenue objectives      

  • Own inbound metrics including MQL, SAL, and track team performance to ensure alignment with Knockri’s goals   

  • Create scorecards and perform business reviews to report on campaign metrics including pipeline, opportunities, and closed deals influenced by your efforts 

  • Build and execute an organic creative content strategy that will resonate with buyers and drive growth    

  • Measure ROI using metrics analysis and optimize campaigns to stay aligned with business goals  

  • Gather SEO and user engagement insights to design targeted and segmented social media campaigns to optimize performance    

  • Create flywheel to develop and test brand messaging on website, social, and marketing material that resonates with potential buyers.   

  • Lead and manage cross-functional team projects to build brand awareness and strengthen credibility   

  • Drive initiatives to establish Knockri as an industry leader and voice of authority  

  • Build meaningful client/industry relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs and accelerate Knockri in the industry   

  • Conduct industry research with customers and external parties to guide program strategy 

  • Build and manage a team to execute Knockri’s marketing strategy on digital media platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Search, and additional platforms in the future  

  • Use growth marketing methods to identify untapped opportunities and new customer segments  

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table   

Must Have   

  • 5 years of experience and a successful track record in a marketing role   

  • Proven experience of organically building a foundational marketing and business strategy   

  • Experience in building brand strategy and organically executing content marketing with multi-touch campaigns    

  • Experience of building, managing, and coaching a team to successfully execute marketing plans   

  • Writing & editing sales content, materials, and marketing plans  

  • Strong understanding of marketing on LinkedIn, Google Search and other social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter  

  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Mailchimp or Salesforce   

  • Ability to use SEO and analytics tools like Google Analytics  

  • Understanding of email tracking tools and deliverability metrics   

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills  

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an exceptional teammate  

  • Ability to display a growth mindset, take initiative, and roll with the punches    

  • Display leadership, be disruptive, and innovative  

  • A font of creativity to come up with exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful  

  • Willingness to take complete ownership of a project and be self-motivated, diligent, and organized 

Nice to Have  

  • Experience in the HR tech space 

  • Sales Experience 

  • Technical and strategic understanding of technology, applications, and industry solutions being marketed
