Job Description
Knockri is looking for a talented Recruiter to fill in a 6 month contract opportunity. In this role, you will be making a huge impact by being responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing and onboarding diverse talent in an equitable and efficient way. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic high-growth startup environment and scale a team that’s creating a visionary product.
Here’s what you’ll do
Manage full cycle recruitment and organically scale Knockri’s team with exceptional and diverse talent
Partner with the executive team and key leaders to understand talent needs, develop talent strategies, and build talent and hiring plans
Utilize ATS for posting and tracking
Leverage job boards as needed
Develop and drive a comprehensive and organic talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on employment brand and proactive diverse candidate sourcing
Lead initiatives to build short-term and long-term talent pipelines for a variety of leadership and support roles
Strategically report on talent acquisition progress, and facilitate business decisions to ensure we are tracking towards our hiring plans and talent needs through regular touchpoints with the leadership team
Craft and deliver candidate offer letters in a timely manner
Complete candidate onboarding including facilitating team introductions, benefits set up, and similar responsibilities
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table
Must haves
Minimum of 4 years experience in a sourcing and recruiting role in either an agency or at a company
Experience with creative sourcing and selling candidates on Knockri’s mission
Knowledge of effective HR practices, methods, and processes related to recruiting and selection
Nice to haves
Experience in the HR tech industry
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
