Job Description
This role supports KE's executive leadership team by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination support that keeps the business moving forward. You'll be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating schedules and travel, facilitating communication, and supporting key initiatives that directly impact leadership effectiveness and organizational success.

What You'll Do
You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings, leadership events, and conferences, including logistics and meeting materials.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive correspondence.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Support and monitor progress on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage executive expense reporting, receipts, and budget tracking.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to keep priorities aligned and moving forward.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solve problems before they become obstacles.
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
What You Bring
You're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative assistant functions, office management or coordination, supporting leaders or executives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Pay Range
We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
