Job Description
This role supports the Field Operations team by serving as the on-site administrative and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll be responsible for coordinating materials, tools, logistics, and reporting that directly impact site efficiency and crew productivity. Success in this role means streamlined site operations, maintained accountability across equipment and documentation, and consistent support of the field team — all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You'll Do
- You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Oversee and accept deliveries on-site, ensuring materials and equipment are properly offloaded and stored
- Maintain accurate tracking and accountability for site materials; report any shortfalls to Site Superintendent and Project Management
- Coordinate with crew and foremen to identify and fulfill tool needs; escalate non-standard requests appropriately
- Populate crew timecards in Traqspera using correct phase codes
- Submit daily logs in Procore, including production updates, quality assurance checks, and photos
- Support the implementation of quality control and safety procedures in alignment with KE standards.
Qualifications
What You Bring
You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Knowledge of electrical construction practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) across regional states, including overnight stays for extended periods if needed

Pay Range
We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour plus travel compensation and applicable incentives
