Knight & Gayles Health Care is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about meeting the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities in the Saint Charles and Saint Louis metropolitan area. The ideal candidate(s) will have existing relationships and contacts with social workers, case managers, physicians, discharge planners, physical therapist, and community agencies. This commission sales position offers an excellent opportunity to work autonomously and accumulate income. Notably, your passion, drive and desire will help improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. 

As a member of our development team your primary responsibility will be to identify authorized/eligible beneficiaries who prefer quality In-Home and Community Based Services provided by Knight & Gayles. In those efforts you will call on and visit physicians, registered nurses, case managers, social workers, and other health care professionals to clearly communicate the benefits of receiving such services. As well, you will emphasize the distinctiveness of the Knight & Gayles brand while creating awareness of our market presence. 

To be considered for this position you must inherently communicate clearly, have a professional image and demeanor, strong organizational and time management skills, a valid drivers license and motor vehicle record acceptable to company standards, auto insurance, previous experience in a commission sales environment, an understanding of In-home and Community Based Services, and experience in one of the following areas; Outside Sales, Medical Sales, DME, Physician Liaison, or Direct Sales. Existing relationships with case manager, social workers, discharge planners, physical therapist a plus.  

Minimal Education Requirements:

Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field.
