Principal Consultant
As a Principal Consultant at Klugo, you are part of the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and guiding the direction of consulting engagements within the NetSuite ecosystem. Leveraging extensive expertise and experience, Principal Consultants provide visionary leadership, shaping the strategic direction of client projects and mentoring consulting teams to achieve exceptional results. They serve as trusted advisors to clients, offering strategic guidance, innovative solutions, and unparalleled industry insights to drive business transformation and sustainable growth.
By championing excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships, Principal’s play a key role in driving success for clients and establishing Klugo as a leader in NetSuite consulting services.

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for consulting engagements, setting clear objectives, defining project roadmaps, and guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with client objectives and drive business value.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, proactively identifying opportunities to add value, expand services, and drive long term partnerships.
- Provide people management to a dedicated team of consultants. Create development opportunities, empowering them to grow their skills, develop expertise, and excel in their roles, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Position yourself as a thought leader within the NetSuite ecosystem, sharing insights, contributing to industry knowledge, and driving innovation in service delivery and client solutions to enhance Klugo's reputation and credibility.
- Drive operational excellence in consulting projects by establishing clear processes, methodologies, and quality standards, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations, while proactively managing project risks and challenges.
- Lead opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation, driving enhancements to methodologies, tools, and processes to optimise service delivery, drive client satisfaction, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion, including upselling and cross selling opportunities, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships, to drive revenue growth and expand Klugo's market presence.
