Professional Services Manager

As a Professional Services Manager at Klugo, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful implementation and optimisation of our services in the U.S. Responsible for overseeing strategic project execution, this role involves managing a dedicated team of consultants and creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.  

We don’t believe your skills can be summed up in a bunch of dot points, but for those doing a quick skim, here’s a snapshot of what you would be across: 

• Over-see the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with Klugo's strategic objectives, go-to-market and customer experience. 
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet or exceed expectations. 
• Continuously optimise Klugo’s delivery processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining a focus on exceptional service quality.
