  • Create campaign concepts, layouts, storyboards, social assets, digital experiences, and presentation materials from initial brief through client-ready execution.
  • Partner with Copy, Strategy, Medical, Regulatory, and Client Services teams to develop work that balances audience relevance, creative ambition, scientific accuracy, and client objectives.
  • Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating rationale tied to audience insight, brand strategy, visual choices, and business objectives.
  • Guide visual craft across multiple concurrent projects, incorporating creative, medical, regulatory, and client feedback while maintaining quality, consistency, and delivery timelines.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, typography, layout, campaign thinking, and integrated execution across digital, social, CRM, print, presentations, or comparable formats.
  • Experience presenting creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, including explaining visual rationale, design choices, audience relevance, and responses to feedback.
  • Experience working within agency creative workflows and medical or regulatory review processes, with evidence of delivering accurate, high-quality creative work through approval cycles.
  • Experience managing multiple creative deliverables or workstreams concurrently while meeting agreed timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Desired:

  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives through concept development, design reviews, and evidence-based creative feedback.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and presentation design tools to develop client-facing creative work.
  • Experience developing work across HCP, patient, payer, or disease awareness audiences, including adapting visual approaches for different healthcare audiences.
  • Experience contributing to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences work across Singapore, APAC, or other multi-market environments.
