Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for leading strategic client partnerships and delivering integrated marketing solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients across Singapore and the APAC region. This role partners closely with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, Media, and Production teams to deliver high-quality work that meets business objectives while building trusted, long-term client relationships. The Account Director also plays an important role in identifying opportunities for growth, guiding integrated programs, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic client relationships, providing proactive counsel and overseeing integrated marketing programs from planning through execution across cross-functional teams.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, developing scopes of work, supporting commercial discussions, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Project Management, and other specialist teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and business outcomes.
- Facilitate client meetings, manage project priorities, guide feedback discussions, and ensure clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion operational excellence by maintaining delivery quality, managing risks, and ensuring work aligns with healthcare industry standards, client expectations, and regional market requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- Several years of client services or account management experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or integrated marketing agencies, leading complex client engagements.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing programs across strategy, creative, digital, medical, and project management teams with responsibility for successful delivery.
- Experience developing scopes of work, managing commercial discussions, and identifying opportunities to grow client partnerships and account value.
- Experience supporting clients across Singapore and/or APAC with an understanding of regional market dynamics and healthcare communications.
- Experience presenting recommendations and leading discussions with senior client stakeholders, supported by strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience leading integrated product launch or brand lifecycle initiatives within healthcare or life sciences.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals (HCP) marketing, omnichannel campaigns, or digital engagement programs.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare regulatory considerations across Singapore and the APAC region.
- Experience building trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments to achieve shared business objectives.
Additional Information
Two office days per week , Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
