Job Description

The VP, Group Account Director oversees a portfolio of clients and leads strategic business growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional delivery across multiple brands or large-scale programs. This role serves as a senior strategic partner, ensuring Klick delivers exceptional value, strong client experiences, and forward-looking guidance. The VP, Group Account Director brings deep healthcare expertise, financial leadership, and team oversight to help clients thrive in a complex and evolving industry environment.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Lead portfolio strategy, performance, and financial stewardship, including P&L accountability and identification of risks and opportunities
  •  Guide cross-functional teams in delivering integrated programs across channels with regulatory rigor and operational excellence
  •  Build and grow senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and champion of their business within Klick
  •  Identify and articulate client brand vision and objectives to shape roadmaps, recommendations, and long-term account plans
  •  Oversee portfolio delivery, ensuring communications, execution, and team collaboration reflect Klick’s standards and drive client success

Qualifications

Required:
 • 12+ years of client services experience in the advertising industry
 • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
 • Experience managing $12–15M+ in business across brands or large accounts
 • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior-level clients
 • Demonstrated ability to grow client business and lead account planning
 • Digital and TV production experience
 • Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada
 • Valid passport for cross-border travel

 • Pre-commercialization experience
 • Ability to nurture, develop, and scale teams of client service professionals
 • Ability to identify business changes and allocate resources effectively
 • Experience leading client meeting intake, follow-ups, and strategic recaps
 • Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budget planning, and scope development
 • Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows
 • University degree required; MBA preferred
