Job Description
The Senior Project Manager ensures cross-functional teams have the structure, clarity, and resources needed to deliver high-quality work efficiently. This role supports projects from planning through execution, partnering with internal teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and workflow alignment. The Senior Project Manager also plays a key role in supporting Market Access submissions and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of all project components.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates to ensure aligned communication
- Support client MLR submission processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor project risks and lead discussions to address resource, timeline, or budget challenges
- Partner with Account teams to build and manage production schedules and milestones
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency or similar environment
- Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
- Familiarity with interactive deliverables (websites, banners, digital assets)
- Understanding of print production workflows
- Knowledge of development technologies and QA processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into workflows
Desired:
- Experience managing cross-functional project teams
- Ability to anticipate risks and support issue resolution
- Experience supporting submission processes within regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with market access or medical legal review workflows
