The JavaScript Game Developer designs, architects, test and implements game features into our live HTML5 games. You will collaborate with producers, game artists and other game developers to share learning and best practices. The JavaScript Game Developer will ship robust and high-performance code, are passionate, and act as a fount of knowledge when it comes to HTML5 game development. As part of a small, experienced and dynamic team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment.

• Great passion for game programming
• Strong Knowledge and experience with JavaScript (HTML5)
• Knowledge of
  • Typescriptor ES6 another language with static typing
  • Profiling and optimizing game and engine code
  • Experiences with build systems (e.g. Webpack or gulp) & Node.js
  • Deliver high-quality and well-structured code
  • Open-minded and keen to learn

Eligibility Assessment

1. Either a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or a protected person defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
2. Must be a currently enrolled student in a post-secondary institution program
3. The student must not be an international student with a work permit
