Job Description
This will be for a second Clinic Manager for Family Medicine - Ellensburg.
The Clinic Manager will work as part of a team to support the Clinic providers and to work closely with the clinic staff and leadership to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the Clinic's patients. The Clinic Manager will assist in the hiring and onboarding of new employees, ensuring employees have completed their training and competencies, addressing employee and customer complaints, completing evaluations, excluding providers, holding staff meetings, and perform process improvements and project work. They act as the liaison to clinical practice support and other departments at KVH. The clinic manager is responsible for the successful operation of the clinic(s) and the management of its personnel. If applicable, responsible for maintaining Rural Health Clinic status.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Bachelor’s Degree; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- At least five years of general administrative/clerical experience or clinical experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience or equivalent
- Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products
What is preferred...
- Currently certified as a Medical Assistant Certified (MAC) or current licensure as a Nurse.
- Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional through the National Association of Rural Health Clinics
- One year of previous patient care
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range is $80,250/year to $118,560/year. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week, Exempt
