Job Description

The Manager of Clinical Excellence oversees the daily operations of Clinical Staff Development —designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that build clinical competence, confidence, and career growth. This position will partner with Human Resources, leaders and frontline nurses to foster a culture of learning and clinical excellence that drives patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development and excellence.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including two (2) years as a clinical educator
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers card (maintenance required)
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)

What is preferred...

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $99.736/year and goes up to $168,002/year. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  

FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week); Exempt
