Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Clinic System Support Coordinator will be to work as part of a team to coordinate meetings, manage SmartRecruiters and set up interviews, compile feedback for evaluations, enter call schedules into Amion and Sound Telecom, take and report out minutes, and order office supplies for the MAC Annex occupants.  Additional projects may include Health Maintenance reporting, panel size reporting, auditing clinic pools and message boards, auditing provider time in Oracle using LightsOn, documenting performance of goals and QAPI projects, and working on new projects as they come up. The Clinic System Support Coordaintor will be a support manager for all clinic locations providing coverage while clinic managers are out of the office for less than 4 weeks. When doing this, they will be in the clinic, responsible for staffing, day-to-day clinic management, and just in time coaching.  When a clinic manager needs 4 weeks of consecutive coverage or more, the Clinic System Support Coordinator will function as the Temporary Clinic Manager and will be responsible for performing all duties of a clinic manager.  When this happens the role will change to a salaried position and will receive a pay increase for this time-frame.  Travel to all KVH clinic locations is required.   In addition, this position works closely with the Chief of Clinic Operations, Director of Nursing – Clinics, Development Coordinators, and Medical Director of Clinics.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Previous lead or supervisory experieince
  • Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products

What is preferred...

  • Previous experience with SmartSheets, SmartRecruiters, SurveyMonkey, Amion, SoundTelecom, Lights On, and WhenToWork
  • Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP)

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range starts at $29.52/hour and goes up to $44.74/hour.  Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  

FTE:   1.0 = 40 hours/week
