Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor will assist the clinical manager with the provision of all home based services including nursing, home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language services, bereavement and social services.  The role includes ongoing collaboration and communication with the clinical manager and department staff to ensure accuracy of information in the electronic medical record to ensure accurate and timely billing is accomplished with adherence to state and federal regulations.  This role will assist with professional development of the staff by assisting with competency evaluations, ongoing education and ensuring appropriate clinical care through supervisory ride along on home visits.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Three years of home care or relevant clinical experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
  • Current CPR card (maintenance required)
  • Must have a current Washington State driver’s license
  • Must have automobile liability insurance
  • Must have access to a reliable car for transportation
  • Knowledge of Home Care Home Base software

What is preferred...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Certification in specialty area
  • Previous experience in Process Improvement activities
  • Prior supervisory experience

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range starts at $39.42/hour and goes up to $72.29/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. Shift Differentials apply; Evenings (3p-11p) = $3.00/hour, Nights (11p-7a) = $4.50/hour, Weekends = $3.50/hour. This position may also be eligible to receive an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.
