Job Description

The Pharmacy Technician – Clinic will work closely with Clinical pharmacists to perform tasks including but not limited to preparing medication refills, medication reconciliation, and prior authorization under guidelines.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Current Washington State Department of Health Pharmacy Technician License
  • High school degree or equivalent

What is preferred...

  • CPhT National Certification
  • 1 year previous experience in a clinic/outpatient pharmacy
  • CPR card (maintenance not required)
  • Previous experience with refill pharmacy sites
  • Previous experience with Pyxis and CII Safe

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $19.86 /hour and goes up to $30.10/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. 

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week
